Experience SAPIEN Medical Operating System in action. Watch how AI, biomechanics, and human-centered design converge to create the future of healthcare.
The Vitruvian Time Machine is an interactive demonstration of SAPIEN's core capabilities. It showcases how our medical operating system integrates:
Built on ISO 13485:2016 and IEC 62366:2015 compliant frameworks, SAPIEN represents the next generation of medical device software:
This demonstration was created as part of MESH B.V.'s ongoing research into human-machine interaction in medical settings. It represents years of work combining medical expertise, software engineering, and user experience design to create tools that truly serve healthcare professionals and patients.
MESH B.V. has submitted an application to the Amsterdam UMC Medical Ethical Review Committee (METC) for a clinical investigation evaluating SAPIEN as an investigational medical device (Class III). Enrollment will begin following ethics committee approval, anticipated in early 2026.
